Most real estate coaches only show you the glowing testimonials. Today, I’m doing what most won’t—I’m letting my own clients critique me, with zero filter. The good, the bad, and the brutally honest. If you want to know what it’s really like to work with me, you’re about to find out.
What Clients Say Works
My clients consistently tell me they love the accountability. I don’t just motivate—I hold you to your goals. They appreciate that I’m not just teaching theory, but sharing real-world scripts and systems that I use every week. And they value that I’m still in the trenches, prospecting and selling, not just talking about what worked a decade ago.
The biggest breakthroughs, they say, come from actually implementing what we talk about, not just hearing it.
A lot of agents come to me after trying other programs that left them pumped up but with no real plan. What they find here is structure, real-world accountability, and a focus on results. They know I’m going to check in, follow up, and push them to do the work. That’s what gets results.
What Clients Say Doesn’t Work
But I’m not perfect. Some clients have told me they wish there was more role-play and live call review. Others wanted even more follow-up and accountability. A few said they felt overwhelmed at first and needed more step-by-step guidance.
And yes, some have said I push them harder than they expected—but that’s how you grow.
I take all of this seriously, because I want to be the coach who actually helps you get results, not just feel good for an hour.
I’ve had agents tell me, “Jeff, you’re tough, but you care.” That’s the balance I try to strike—pushing you to your potential, but always with your best interests in mind.
The Hardest Parts of Coaching
Let’s talk about the hardest parts of coaching. For me, it’s watching agents struggle with implementation. It’s easy to get excited about new ideas, but the real work is in the daily grind—making the calls, following up, tracking your numbers.
Some agents want a magic bullet, but there isn’t one. The agents who succeed are the ones who show up, do the work, and stay consistent.
I’ve learned that my job isn’t just to teach, but to help you break through the mental barriers that keep you from taking action. That’s why I focus so much on accountability and mindset.
What Surprised Clients Most
One thing that surprises a lot of my clients is how much I personalize the coaching. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Every agent is different—different markets, different strengths, different goals.
I’ve had agents tell me, “Jeff, I thought you’d just give me a script and send me on my way.” But what they get is a partner who’s invested in their success.
Another surprise? I’m still learning, too. I ask my clients for feedback all the time. If something isn’t working, I want to know. If you have a better way, I want to hear it. That’s how we all get better.
How I’ve Adapted
I’ve made real changes based on client feedback. I’ve added more live role-play and call review sessions. I’ve built in more structured follow-up and check-ins. I break down big goals into smaller, actionable steps, and I always personalize my approach.
I want every agent to feel like the coaching is tailored to them. If you need more accountability, I’ll give it to you. If you need more step-by-step, I’ll slow down and walk you through it. My goal is to help you succeed, whatever it takes.
Why This Matters
If your coach can’t take criticism, they can’t help you grow. I want to be the coach who listens, adapts, and is always improving—just like I expect from my agents. That’s how you get real results, not just motivation.
